Terms of Use – Trial Access to Software-as-a-Service


TDI hereby grants to User a non-exclusive, non-sub licensable, non-assignable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to access and use TDI’s web-based software service (“Service”) solely for the User’s internal business operations at no charge in good faith for 30 days from the effective date.


2.1 Legal Compliance. The User shall comply with all applicable laws in connection with its use of the Service, including without limitation those related to data privacy, international communications, and the exportation of technical or personal data.

2.2 Restricted Uses. User will not:

(a) upload or distribute any files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the Service,

(b) modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the Service,

(c) probe, scan, test the vulnerability of, or circumvent any security mechanisms used by, the sites, servers, or networks connected to the Service,

(d) take any action that imposes an unreasonably or disproportionately large load on the sites, servers, or networks connected to the Service,
(i) copy or reproduce the Service,
(ii) access or use any other clients’ or their users’ data through the Service,
(iii) maliciously reduce or impair the accessibility of the Service,
(iv) use the service to post, promote, or transmit any unlawful, harassing,
libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, hateful, or otherwise
objectionable material, or
(v) transmit or post any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.


We may partner with selected third-party vendors, such as Google Analytics and others, to allow tracking technologies and remarketing services on the Site through the use of first party cookies and third-party cookies, to, among other things, analyze and track users’ use of the Site, determine the popularity of certain content and better understand online activity. By accessing the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information by these third-party vendors. You are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions. We do not transfer personal information to these third-party vendors. However, if you do not want any information to be collected and used by tracking technologies, you can visit the third-party vendor or the Network Advertising Initiative Opt-Out Tool or Digital Advertising Alliance Opt-Out Tool.
You should be aware that getting a new computer, installing a new browser, upgrading an existing browser, or erasing or otherwise altering your browser’s cookies files may also clear certain opt-out cookies, plug-ins, or settings


TDI reserves the right to terminate the User’s access at anytime.
